Who we are
QAVUN is a brand of Erel Concept, Hacı Bayram Mah. Agah Efendi Cad. No: 10 B, Altındağ / Ankara, Türkiye. We take the protection of personal data seriously and process it in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What data we process
Designer account: when you create an account or sign in, we process the name and e-mail address you provide. The account exists as a signed token in your own browser; we keep no marketing database of visitors.
Quotation requests: when you submit the order form we process the details you enter (name, surname, phone, e-mail, delivery preference, comment and the products/quantities in your cart) to prepare your quotation. The request is transmitted to us by e-mail and recorded in our hosting provider's function logs.
Contact: when you use the contact form, telephone, e-mail or visit the showroom, we process the contact details you share for the purpose of answering your enquiry.
Hosting: our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) technically processes IP addresses in server and function logs for security and operation of the site. We run no analytics or tracking.
Purpose and legal basis
We process enquiry data to respond to your request, prepare offers and perform contracts — the legal bases being the establishment and performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in answering business correspondence.
Retention
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and thereafter only as long as statutory commercial and tax retention periods require.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. Data is shared only with service providers strictly necessary for operating the site and handling correspondence — website hosting (Vercel Inc., which may process data outside Türkiye/the EEA) and e-mail services — or where the law requires disclosure.
Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 and the GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to processing and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact sales@qavun.co.uk or write to the address above.
