1. Scope
QAVUN is a brand of Erel Concept, Hacı Bayram Mah. Agah Efendi Cad. No: 10 B, Altındağ / Ankara, Türkiye. These general terms and conditions apply to every quotation, order confirmation, delivery and supply of goods and services by QAVUN, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Quotations and orders
Quotations are without engagement and valid for thirty (30) days from their date unless stated otherwise. An order becomes binding only after our written order confirmation.
Product specifications, photometric values and dimensions published on this website or in the catalog are design targets and may be refined; final laboratory data is supplied with order confirmation.
3. Prices
Prices are quoted net, excluding VAT, packaging, transport and insurance unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices for orders affected by changes in raw-material costs, exchange rates or statutory charges arising after confirmation.
4. Delivery
Delivery periods are indicative and start from written order confirmation and receipt of any agreed advance payment. Partial deliveries are permitted. Delay does not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation unless the delay exceeds a reasonable extension period agreed in writing.
5. Retention of title
Delivered goods remain our property until full payment of all outstanding amounts relating to the order.
6. Warranty
QAVUN luminaires carry a warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of two (2) years from delivery, unless a different period is stated in the order confirmation. The warranty covers repair or replacement of the defective product and excludes defects caused by incorrect installation, use outside the product specification, inadequate maintenance or normal wear.
LED modules and drivers are covered subject to operation within the electrical and thermal limits stated on the product datasheet.
7. Intellectual property
All designs, drawings, models, photometric files, CAD data and documentation remain the intellectual property of QAVUN / Erel Concept. They are provided solely for the specification and installation of our products and may not be reproduced or disclosed to third parties for any other purpose.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the net invoice value of the products concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business interruption, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts and enforcement offices of Ankara.
